"Ma Fei joined us since SHU started back in 2004, as a loyal staff, he worked his way up from a junior technician to currently Associate Engineering Manager. He is always very helpful and efficient, and attend to different request from all respect of hospital, thus better serves our patients. Especially during year 2019, beside keeping old site in smooth operation, carefully manages cost, he closely work with our BD team, doubled energy and time in handling new site construction, handover and testing. With thorough planning and managing, he worked 3 days and nights to ensure all hospital facilities smoothly moved to new site and start operation instantly. Given a 3.5 times space than before, he managed using same amount of staff together with support of all satellite clinics which the number continue glowing.
