In order to improve employee’s language competence, we offer well-tailored
English curricula to employees based on language level and departments.
The training covers daily communication, medical scenarios, and
comprehensive English learning, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
We encourage all to take advantage of these language courses which are free for all UFH
employees.
UFH Leadership programs are designed for individuals who are at different levels of
management positions to support their growth and development.
Leaders gain a better understanding of UFH’s business, improve job-related skills, and
employees prepare for taking management roles through the Young Leader Development
Program, Supervisor Development Program, among other management skills programs.
