Under these circumstances, finding the right way to cultivate and replicate talent is necessary for organizational

development and is also the strategic task of talent management.

Employee training and development is the main driver in talent management and UFH maintains consistent

improvement in these areas.

With the support of curricula and programs, UFH provides comprehensive training in many areas including office

software application, time management, business communication, writing, and presentation skills in order to improve the comprehensive

professional skills of employees.

Work at the Front Line

As an employee working on the front line, abundant patience, care, and love are just as important as

outstanding professional skills when facing patients.

Through relevant coaching and training, we cultivate professional healthcare ethics; improve employee

awareness in the art of language and communication skills with

patients; help employees to master basic service process norms and etiquette,

strengthen their confidence, significantly improve patient experience, and refine relationships with

patients.

New Employee Orientation

New employee orientation provides a perfect opportunity for new employees to get to know UFH’s

history, culture, management style, code of conduct, as well as company policies as soon as possible after

their first day.

This helps them to quickly and comfortably become fully integrated into the UFH family.

Within departments, we also provide professional skills training to support the

development of new employees.

We fully utilize internal resources combined with external training to provide a broad platform and

motivation for the professional development and

continued education of employees.

Language Support

In order to improve employee’s language competence, we offer well-tailored

English curricula to employees based on language level and departments.

The training covers daily communication, medical scenarios, and

comprehensive English learning, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

We encourage all to take advantage of these language courses which are free for all UFH

employees.

Leadership Program

UFH Leadership programs are designed for individuals who are at different levels of

management positions to support their growth and development.

Leaders gain a better understanding of UFH’s business, improve job-related skills, and

employees prepare for taking management roles through the Young Leader Development

Program, Supervisor Development Program, among other management skills programs.
